Brian Pilling 1948-2022 Further details for Brian Pilling's funeral:The Service will be held in the Royal Garrison Church, Farnborough Road, Aldershot GU11 1QA - at 11.00 am on the 15th NovemberThe Wake is at The Princess Royal, Guildford Road, Runfold, Farnham GU10 1NXDonations raised will go to the Airborne Gunner Trust:-  It's with real sadness that we have to let you know that we have lost a close friend, a long term orienteer and a real gentleman.  Brian died last Saturday while taking part in a local SN orienteering event near Farnborough. Brian has been orienteering for over 35 years. He was a key part of the 7 Para RHA team and on retirement joined Southern Navigators. Brian was a real character, always a smile and a joke and the first to offer his time to help out. He was a regular member of the MLS volunteer team and also gave a huge amount of his time as a support coach on the AOA courses.  Our thoughts go out to his family and especially his wife Christine.Brian who lived life to the full and gave so much of his own time to others will be very sadly missed.
