Attached are the QR codes for the 5 new POC courses available to all on Hogmoor. You can just turn up anytime and run them, parking is free and there is a cafe and toilets there.

Why not challenge your friends next Wed 28 Sep as there is no MLS event. All controls are marked with a control plate. The courses are available through Maprun6, they are listed under UK/Other/AOA/Hogmoor so don't try Hampshire or Events near me.
