The 2024 BAOC Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually (via Teams) on the evening of Thursday 14 November at 7.30pm. As short & sharp as possible! It is a requirement of both our Constitution and BOF affiliation. This is for the British Orienteering affiliated civilian club; Army Orienteering Association (AOA) business should not be addressed except where there is a clear overlap.
The Agenda will be based around:
Current Officers' Reports: Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary, Club Captain, Fixtures.
Acceptance of Accounts; set Membership Fees.
Election of Management Committee Officers: Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Safeguarding Officer, Membership Secretary, Club Captain, Fixtures.
The post of Membership Secretary will be vacant, so volunteers sought.
Other posts are open to any volunteers.
Volunteers or Nominations to be with the Secretary by Sunday 10 November.
Members’ proposals - please discuss with & submit to the Secretary by Sunday 10 November.
Any Other Business - issues arising immediately before or at the AGM.
